The 3rd Governing Council of the Institute has been constituted on the recommendation of the chairman, by the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of Delhi. The major policy matters of the Institute are developed and executed through the Governing Council of the Institute, subject to the rules and bylaws of the Institute. Amongst the members of the Governing Council are distinguished policy makers, academicians, scientists, and clinicians.
