Recruitment Rules

  1. All appointments shall be on "contract basis" and will be initially for a period of 'four years' including a probationary period of one year. The contractual appointment may be extended for a further period of 'four years' based on performance of the candidate during the initial period of four years.
  2. All the post(s) are on 'consolidated package basis' In addition , Transport allowance, Children Education Allowance and NPA as per govt. guidelines and other additional allowances as per the policy of the Institute are admissible . The incumbents will be eligible for an annual increment of 7.5% of total basic pay. The remuneration packages are based on minimum basic pay of the pay scales as per HR policy of ILBS.
