- Computer skills viz. familiarity with word processing and other standard applications and analytical soft wares;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and Drive/commitment to work
Desirable:
- Prior experience and familiarity with the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis and/or other infectious diseases such as HIV, TB, etc. would be an asset;
- Prior experience in implementing projects focused on awareness campaigns and/or engaging multiple stake holders and partners, including international agencies.
Brief Job Description: Under the overall supervision and technical guidance of the ILBS nodal officer for the project, “Empowering People Against Hepatitis: The Empathy Campaign”, the coordinator, shall be responsible to:
- Identify key stakeholder organizations and individuals working for hepatitis in India & Enrol them into the project network through strategic communication
- Identify thematic areas of the project for research & undertake studies pertaining to project activities for assessing and documenting project impact
- Meet the assigned project targets and project objectives
- Participate in the development of communication package and advocacy material under the project
- Provide technical & operational support for planning and implementation of project
- Assist the nodal officer in managing all public relations and communications for the Project
- Undertake project analytics in close coordination with project team and prepare project reports;
- Assist the nodal officer in capacity building of the project staff
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the nodal officer.

Essentials :
- Master’s Degree in the social science (Psychology/anthropology/sociology etc) with min 3 years post qualification experience
- Min 3 published studies
Skills :
- Experience in conceiving, planning and executing studies, programs or projects focused on qualitative aspects of health care delivery and challenges;
- Experience in composing high-quality briefs, proposals, technical reports, guidelines, SOPs, etc.;
- Experience in working on issues related health care delivery and/or stigma and discrimination and social empowerment;
- Computer skills viz. familiarity with word processing and other standard applications.
Desirable :
- Prior experience and familiarity with issues related to viral hepatitis and/or other infectious diseases such as HIV, TB, etc. would be an asset;
- Prior experience in implementing projects focused on awareness campaigns and/or engaging multiple stake holders and partners;
- Ph.D. or Post doctorate in above fields

Advocacy Coordinator

Essentials :
- Graduate in Mass communication/journalism, or higher
- Min 5 years of post-qualification working experience in similar areas with at least 3 years of experience in electronic media;
Skills:
- Should have adequate experience in mass communication, branding, promotion, ATL & BTL; understanding of social media platforms & expertise in digital communication channels;
- Demonstrated ability to give creative inputs on graphics, publications & communications and other advocacy material;
- Excellent command over English language (written and spoken);
- Strong writing and content development skills.
Desirable:
- Post-graduation in mass communication/journalism ;
- Experience working on issues related to health care delivery and/or stigma and discrimination and social empowerment, would be an asset
Brief Job description: Under the overall supervision and technical guidance of the ILBS nodal officer for the project, “Empowering People Against Hepatitis: The Empathy Campaign”, the coordinator, shall be responsible for:
- Building & managing PR activities for the project;
- Provide creative inputs in the communication and advocacy strategy and designing of project advocacy materials;
- Works directly with media partners to co-design and co-engineer solutions that solve content, collaboration or project challenges, and capitalize on emerging opportunities;
- Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on project website, Twitter, facebook and linkedin and develop other relevant social media outlets to support and extend the digital presence of the project campaign;
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.) including at times high level public speeches for the project event;
- Assist the project team in event management
- Assist the project coordinator in identifying thematic areas for research and collection and curation of project data;
- Operational , logistical and administrative support for planning and implementation of project
- Support in identifying key stakeholder organizations and individuals working for hepatitis& enrolling them into the project network;

- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years duration) from a government recognized institute.
- Min 4 years of post-qualification experience in handling the project operations preferably in health sector;
Skills:
- Experience in composing high-quality briefs, proposals, etc.;
- Excellent command over English language (written and spoken);
- Well versed in project documentation and reporting

Brief Job Description: Under the overall supervision and technical guidance of the ILBS nodal officer for the project, “Empowering People against Hepatitis: The Empathy Campaign”, the incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Monitor and ensure timely and efficient implementation of all project operational activities as outlined in the project deliverables;
- Manage operational, administrative & logistical activities of the project including the travel arrangement;
- Handle all project related procurements as per the organizational norms;
- Prepare quarterly work plans and result based progress against the defined project timelines & milestones;
- Submission of project utilization report and financial reporting according to the Project's requirements;
- Preparing annual budgets and monthly financial reports;
- Managing internal as well as external project communication;
- Provide administrative and onsite support for project meetings, workshops, annual conferences, Call to Action Meetings and Awareness Camps;
- Coordinate with project partners and maintain good working relationship with all project stakeholders;

Skills:
- Well versed with the procurement process of project materials;
- Should be able to manage the administration, logistic and travel needs for the project;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior staff.
Desirable:
- MBA (Finance);
- Experience in projects/organizations related to health sector.

- Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects;
- Responsible for procurement activities of all the project needs as per Organizational norms and provide monthly/regular updates to project team;
- Preparing and maintaining project agreements and staff contracts;
- Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and make recommendations to project manager on budget expenditures;
- Obtain approvals on all procurements and purchases for the projects;
- Ensure that all financial reporting is completed on time and submitted to project partners;
- Oversee the financial audits of the project;
- Assist the nodal officer and project manager for proposal development, project management, logistics, travel and other areas of administration

Skills:
- Technical support in managing mass media campaign, social media,etc.;
- Development of mobile apps as required for the project.
Desirable:
- Experience in providing IT support for projects in health care industry.

- Manage the development of project website considering the project needs, goals and audience in coordination with project team;
- Provide technical support in managing mass media campaign, social media,etc.;
- Uploading of project contents and its periodic updating on the various platforms;
- Provide IT support for various surveys and creating forms and formats;
- Uploading of relevant literature for online reading & download;
- IT support for creating mobile apps as required for the project;
- Managing media gallery on project website;
- Periodic maintenance and updation of project website;
- Coordinating with IT agencies for project related issues;
- Providing overall IT support to the project team;
- Provide logistical support for the organization of project meetings, workshops, annual conferences, Call to Action Meetings and Awareness Camps, etc.;
