Dr B B Rewari is former Regional advisor for viral Hepatitis/HIV and STIs , World Health Organisation, South-East Asia Regional Office. he had been providing technical support to 11 countries in the region. He is also an honorary Clinical Professor at Division of Global Health, Univ of Washington and a former associate Professor of Medicine at Dr RML hospital New Delhi (a tertiary care public hospital).He is also fellow of Royal College of Physicians (Ireland) and Vice Dean of Association of Physicians of India .He has been involved with the care of HIV infected persons from late nineties. He led the ART programme at National AIDS Control organization India for 14 years steering it to world second largest ART programme.
