Paint for a cause
An innovative approach to tap the talent from fine art schools and to promote budding artists in spreading the message for viral hepatitis has been key-launched by Ms. Mary Kom, 6-times World Boxing Champion on 21st Hepatitis Day at ILBS on December 4, 2018.
Under the overall ambit of the Empathy Campaign, we are undertaking this initiative, namely “PAINT FOR A CAUSE”, to tap in the creativity of our country’s upcoming artists. In this initiative we call upon all upcoming artists and professionals of related fields to demonstrate their creativity by painting on the canvas and draw images that provide clear messages to create awareness on viral hepatitis.
This project would use the selected creatives in our mass media campaign, while acknowledging the creator, thereby providing them a wide publicity and recognition and a platform to showcase their talent. All these paintings would be used in the campaign for awareness generation. Live telecast/recording of the Art Exhibition would be posted on project website and social media channels.
Shortlisted entries will be displayed at an Art Exhibition organized at ILBS, where in key corporates, art lovers, policy makers, media personalities, journalists would be invited. While all shortlisted candidates would be given nominal awards, the top entries would be provided attractive awards including cash prize by the Chief Guest amidst significant media coverage.
This is a golden opportunity for the budding artists to come-forth and share their best of the art-exhibits based on the art-brief and claim for not only name and fame, but also contribute to the social cause
