Human Resources department has a pivotal role as it is concerned with the "people" dimension of the Institute. The department is involved in various aspects like recruitment, establishing employee performance objectives, developing their skills, motivating them to high levels of performance, employee relations and welfare. The HR department has established a positive, friendly environment of good practices and procedures focused on high commitment towards the Institute.
The department encourages growth and career development of each staff in the Institute.
