Dr. Mradul Kumar Daga is working as Professor of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences for last over one year. Dr. Daga superannuated form Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi as Professor of Medicine and Head of Medicine as well as incharge of Medical ICU for 30 years with vast experience of Teaching, Research, Medical Education & Health care. Dr. Daga also worked as Director of Center for occupational and Environmental Health in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.

He has been awarded fellowships from WHO, Commonwealth, Indian college of physicians, National Academy of Medical Sciences, Fellowship of Chest Society of America, Fellowship of American College of Physicians, American college of Chest Physicians, FRCP (Edin). He acquired degree of M. Sc. In Infectious Diseases form London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Presently he is also on the editorial board of famous text book of Medicine by Davidson and few other journals. He is an expert for ICMR, UGC, MCI, National Board and other Universities. He has guided over 60 post graduate theses and two PhD students. He has around 200 publications in national and International journals and contributed many book chapters. He has delivered over 300 lectures in National and International conferences and presented papers. He is also the Editor of E book on Clinical Examination published by Elsevier. He was also involved in some landmark International studies in infections and sepsis published in JAMA,Criticalcare and Intensive care. Also published Studies related to air pollution and environmental health.
