• Last date of filling online application form is 2024-06-16

Application fee of Rs. 1000/- once paid will not be refunded even in case of his/her application is rejected.

This form will be best viewed in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Browser

For application form, Photograph between (50 KB -150 KB) and Signature (10 KB - 50KB) will be required.

Documents/Certificates for Qualifications, Experience, Date of Birth, (Category, Physically Handicap, Sponsored if applicable) should be between (100 KB - 500 KB).

Submitted application form status will remain pending, until the application is verified by College of Nursing.
