Details
1. As a part of Swachhata Drive toilet cleaning activity was conducted on 03.08.2025 as per planner of the activities designed. Being a Sunday and less patient footfall, the toilets were thoroughly cleaned as a part of routine weekly deep cleaning activity. The Housekeeping supervisors monitored the activities keenly and ensured the deep cleaning of the toilets along with odour check for all the toilets. Apart from the cleaning of the toilets, the toilets were also checked for their functionality i.e. if any of the toilets required maintenance; the same was raised to the maintenance department for efficient maintenance and uninterrupted service to the patients. In addition, wherever required after cleaning the Odonil was put and room freshner (R5) was sprayed in all toilet to control the odour.
2. Institute has modified the existing checklist (of washrooms, wards, corridors and all other areas) in detail and increased the frequency of Housekeepers, Housekeeping supervisors and Facility Manager to ensure better cleaning of the toilets. Frequency of spraying fragrances in all the washrooms have been increased and also instructed to use as and when required in between too.
