Details
1. As a part of Swachhata Drive weeding of the old records and demonstration of WHO 7 steps for hand hygiene were conducted on 04.08.2025 as per planner of the activities designed. The quality department made awareness among the patients regarding the observance of Swachhata Drive conducted by MoHFW and Delhi Government. Patients were made aware regarding activities conducted by MoHFW following the activity to be conducted for today i.e. demonstration of hand hygiene. They were also made aware about their personal hygiene and cough etiquettes The Infection Control Nurse (ICN) demonstrated the WHO steps of hand hygiene in a detailed and simple manner in various OPD waiting areas, IPD waiting areas and Nursing in-service class.
2. Apart from the above, weeding out of old records was done. The records that had finished the time of retention were taken out of the station and approval for the condemnation of the same was taken for further necessary action.
