Details
1. As a part of the ongoing swachhata drive, Food safety and Kitchen Sanitation were checked on 25.08.2025 as per planner.
2. The kitchen handlers including the handlers delivering the food in IPD and Staff cafeteria and attendant cafeteria were thoroughly examined.
3. The Facility Managers checked the delivery of the food to the patient in the IPD area at the site by the food handler and ensured that the food is being delivered in the hygienic condition with all universal precautions being followed.
4. The delivery of the food was also checked at the staff cafeteria and the attendant cafeteria and the standards for delivery were found to be met.
5. The overall grooming of the food handlers was also ensured including the use of universal precautions for safe food delivery.
6. The Kitchen sanitation was also ensured to be followed which included the washing of utensils and storage of dry ingredients and perishable items.
