Activity Conducted : Pest Control Documentation Review, Mock Drill on Fire
Details
1. As a part of the ongoing swachhata drive, Pest Control Documentation was checked and a mock drill on fire was conducted on 26.08.2025.
2. The Documentations regarding the pest control were thoroughly checked by the Facility Managers and counterchecked by the AM (Quality & Training). It was ensured that the defined frequency and the frequency being followed are the same.
3. A Mock Drill was also conducted for Fire in Laundry area where the situation of fire was created and the alarm was raised through Manual Call Point (MCP) and the QRT arrived on the area of fire within 2 minutes of raising the alarm.
4. The electric supply was cut to ensure that the fire doesn’t spread.
5. The QRT brought the complete equipment to put out the fire such as Hose reel and fire extinguisher. The Laundry area was evacuated and the fire was put out. Head count of staff was done and it was ensured that the all staff have been rescued safely.
6. A final briefing of the staff was done by DM (F&S) and AM (F&S).
