Details
1. As a part of the ongoing swachhata drive, Submission of Best Practices done in the month were collated and Shramdaan was done on 29.08.2025.
2. During the entire month, many best practices for upkeep of the Institute along with assurance for following them were conducted.
3. The task included the various activities such as Spill Management training, departments assuring 5S practices, weeding out of old junk material, equipment and records, Biomedical Waste Management, Hand Hygiene awareness to the community, deep cleaning of critical areas, cleaning of Medical Stores and Pharmacy was done.
4. To inculcate a culture of healthy competition among departments, competitions such as waste to wonder, cleanest department and Quiz competition were organised. The competitions fostered a sense of responsibility in the departmental staff and everyone enthusiastically participated in the competition. Following of 3Rs was also emphasised.
5. Moreover, the community was also made aware towards their mental health.
6. In addition, the landscaping and garden sanitation was done on daily basis and the entire institute was made beautiful.
7. The vector control measures were also taken to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes.
8. In addition on 29.08.2025, Shramdaan was conducted outside the workplace.
